Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.

Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50 via EMS
- Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs processing in your country. We cannot ship to some Asian countries and remote regions.
International Shipping
We ship globally (except certain Asian and remote regions). Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties, which are not included in the order total.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind our premium golf equipment, but understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Our policy is designed to be as straightforward as a well-executed putt.
Return Policy Overview
- Return window: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached
- Proof of purchase: Required for all returns
Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Golf gloves
- Base layers
These items may only be returned if faulty.
3-Step Return Process

- Items to return with product names
- Reason for return
- Your preferred resolution (refund or exchange)
- Confirmation that items are unused with original packaging
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll:
- Confirm return eligibility
- Provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Send prepaid return labels for faulty items or instructions for non-faulty returns
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package items securely (preferably in original packaging) and include:
- Clearly visible RMA number
- Copy of your order confirmation

Refund Process
After we receive and inspect your return:

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Process
- Equal value exchanges: Shipped once return is received
- Higher-value exchanges: You’ll be invoiced for the difference
