Our Returns & Exchanges Commitment

We accept returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order, provided the items are:

  • In original, unused condition
  • With all original tags and packaging intact
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Note on Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on golf gloves and base layers unless they are faulty. All other golf equipment, including clubs, bags, and apparel, may be returned following our standard policy.

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, our team will:

  • Confirm your return eligibility
  • Provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Send prepaid return shipping labels (for faulty items)
  • For non-faulty returns, provide return shipping instructions

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package your items securely (we recommend using the original packaging) and include:

  • The RMA number clearly visible on the package
  • A copy of your order confirmation
  • Any additional documentation we provide

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after receipt
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)

    • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
    • PayPal: 2-3 business days after processing
  • Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchange Process

For exchanges of equal value:

  • We’ll ship your replacement item once the return is received
  • For higher-value exchanges, you’ll be invoiced for the difference
  • For lower-value exchanges, we’ll refund the difference

Exchange shipping follows our standard delivery times (10-15 days for DHL/FedEx, 15-25 days for EMS).

International Returns

For customers outside the UK:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service
  • Customs fees/duties for returns are non-refundable

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • Damaged or defective equipment (like drivers or fairway woods)
  • Incorrect items (wrong golf shoes or GPS device)
